Le Fenil is one of the cottages at Domaine du Lesnen petit bois. Both L'Ecurie and Le Fenil were converted from the old stable and barn. Le Fenil is located on one side of the shared indoor pool, with L'Ecurie on the other. Each cottage is fully independent. In a peaceful setting, Le Fenil offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Since September 2023, a workspace with Wi-Fi is available. Le Fenil features a living room and open kitchen with a table and chairs for 5. Upstairs, the mezzanine has two sofas (one is a sofa bed) and a TV. A few more steps lead to two bedrooms. The bathroom has a bathtub and there is a separate toilet. This property is not accessible for guests with reduced mobility. A kitchen door opens to a private garden with terrace, outdoor furniture, and barbecue. It overlooks a small pond with ducks and a pair of black swans. A shared playground with swings and children’s games, as well as a pétanque court, are available for everyone. You can stroll through the fields and watch the resident animals, or simply enjoy the peace and the safety for children to play freely. The property is fully fenced. We have two horses, sheep, goats, chickens, peacocks, and rabbits, all friendly and happy to welcome guests. The gite is for relaxation, not parties. Local attractions: there are many interesting places to visit within 10 minutes to an hour.

This cottage is set in a 6-hectare park surrounded by animals. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a living room opening directly onto your private terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, there's a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds. At the end of the hallway is a bathroom with a bathtub. Access to the pool is from outside. The pool is open and heated all year. If our second cottage is rented, the pool is shared. You can use it from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. A shower (mandatory before swimming) and toilets are available. Games are also provided. Around your cottage, you'll meet semi-free animals: sheep, goats, peacocks (who sing during mating season), rabbits, chickens, horses, a dog, and cats. You can help feed the animals in the morning if you wish. We're 200 m from the Équibreizh (horse trail), giving you access to hiking paths. Parties are not allowed. The Domaine is a peaceful place for families to relax. For sightseeing, you're 30 minutes from Saint-Malo, 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 40 minutes from Brocéliande, and 20 minutes from Dinan.
